University Science Park Medical School

CAM-SCI was commissioned by a leading University Medical School to undertake a feasibility exercise as part of a pre-incubation scheme focusing on early drug development in specialist laboratory accommodation.


University Science Park

CAM-SCI has advised a private sector developer and investor at the feasibility and concept definition stage of a major science park project destined to support the commercialisation requirements of a leading university with particular strengths in the life sciences. Advice included the identification of target sectors and sub sectors and the physical infrastructure required leading to design of a specialist facility utilising CAM-SCI's architect partner. All activity was focused on minimising project risk and the adoption of best practice.


University Science Park

CAM-SCI has been commissioned by one of the UK's top 20 universities to provide best-practice advice and strategy development in respect of its new Science Park development co-located with the University. The University's Science Park is a strategically important development for the University. The science park will provide specialist facilities and services designed to meet the needs of research based companies who will collaborate with the research excellence of the University's highly rated expanding research departments.

UK - Regional Development Agencies

CAM-SCI has worked with a number of Regional Development Agencies to provide strategic and operational advice with regards to the development of specialist knowledge-economy infrastructure. One RDA commissioned CAM-SCI to undertake feasibility and best-practice research with regards to the delivery, specification and operations of a specialist facility to support the commercial biomedical and medical devices sector in its region.
