CAM-SCI is the lead advisor to the Edinburgh Innovation Park being developed on a green field site on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We have taken this project from concept definition, business planning and design to development. The park was launched operationally in January 2026 with the opening of the Edinburgh Innovation Hub providing 75,000 sq ft of fitted laboratories and offices. Edinburgh Innovation Park has a development capacity of 400,000 sq ft and will accommodate a range of innovative and technology based companies in multi-occupied and stand-alone laboratory and office facilities.
