CAM-SCI was commissioned to develop a design brief and specification and operational business plan for this important new bioinnovation centre at the heart of Newcastle’s Knowledge Quarter. We acted on behalf of Newcastle City Council as project advisors which included working closely with the design team to inform the development of a land-mark life science laboratory building that was also flexible, fit for purpose and commercially viable. We also advised the Council on future strategy for operations, marketing, brand development and place making.
